Tweak
Boy oh boy, Zen Habits keeps popping up everywhere during my research for this week’s theme. Here is their post entitled Can You Spot These 10 Thinking Sins: http://zenhabits.net/can-you-spot-these-10-thinking-sins/
Question
How many of the ten on the ZenHabits list just mentioned sound familiar?
“Self-love, my liege, is not so vile a sin, as self-neglecting.” -William Shakespeare (Henry V)
"The most terrifying thing is to accept oneself completely" -Carl Jung
Tidbit
Wouldn’t ya know it, I can’t find the statistic I was looking for (if someone else can, please do share). It has to do with the high percentage of thoughts we think over and over each day. If I recall correctly it is something surprisingly high... 80%+? 90%? The point is that this study (the one I cannot locate) states that human beings primarily think the same thoughts each day, the bulk of same thoughts from the day before. Interesting, eh?
Treat
