Eliminate the Negative
We all hold on to things that weigh us down, they don’t hold onto us... so just let go of them
To Do
Don’t hold onto things that you don’t use, or need, or love. Recycle or give them away. You’ll feel lighter and have more space. This goes for food, workout gear, clothes, paperwork, misc. chachkis
Nourish Yourself
Flax seed, wheat germ? Great ideas... but not if they’re just festering on your shelf. So if you don’t use it and WON’T use it, out it goes ... cuz if you don’t like it chances are you won’t eat it.
Get Up & Go!
We tell our children that monsters don’t exist.... but the bold fact are that’s just not true! There is a sock monster living in the inner-workings of every dryer. Once you face these harsh facts you can begin to rebuild your life and your sock drawer. So go through your workout apparel and toss the orphan socks with holes and the work out bras that do not support. Instead consider what sorts of workout wear will make you feel most successful... perhaps trade in your baggy t-shirt for a supportive exercise tank top. You’ll feel leaner and lighter immediately
Repeat Monday’s activity at a moderate level, note how it feels. Yet another perk of today’s theme: using the right gear in good condition will help to avoid injury
Your ruthless good sense and indomitable spirit
Tip
per wikihow
Correct yourself every time you think or say something negative. If you find yourself saying "Ugh, I can't draw..", immediately erase that thought and say "I am an excellent artist!" Eventually you'll start believing yourself and you'll become a better artist in turn!
SMILE. Even if you're not in the mood, smile -- it really does cheer you up and it will help you to think less negatively.
Dwell on the good things. "Don't cry because it's over, smile because it happened." Be thankful for the good things instead of depressed over the bad.
Find ways to turn negatives into positives... no matter how silly or trivial they seem. The positive effect is instant!
Question
What ‘negative’ habits have you adopted?

“People who project negativity typically have low self-esteem. They feel badly about themselves, and their negativity is simply a reflection of those feelings” Hendrie Weisinger
“Dwelling on the negative simply contributes to its power" Shirley MacLaine
